More than 1.5% of the sugar content of the material is not suitable for spraying (sugar in the cavity wall melt, not dry), starch, milk powder, maltodextrin is better, spray, MSG content is also good spray.

The drying chamber wall adhesion phenomenon may be due to wet powder, spray feeding quantity adjustment is too large, not fully evaporation, spray drying chamber before the insufficient heating, liquid supply is not stable, can be appropriate to reduce the feed quantity, improve the inlet temperature and ensure the material has good fluidity, remove the bubbles in the liquid.
